The RJATC is in need of a qualified applicant for the new CW/CE Administrator position. This person will be responsible for many aspects of the newly implemented CW/CE program at the Richmond Electricians' JATC. They will coordinate their efforts with IBEW Local 666 and NECA contractors on a daily basis.
The CW/CE Administrator will need to be a self-driven focused individual. they will be involved in all aspects of the program. The CW/CE program has been updated and has many new goals for the future of the program. This person will be looked to for direction on how to further develop this program. The administrator will be under the supervision of the RJATC Training Director and Assistant Training Director. They will be reporting to RJATC committee on a monthly basis. - Policy guideline implementation
- Craft Certification testing

- Training and curriculum aid development
- Apprentice class teaching (as needed)
- Organizing efforts
- Reporting to the IBEW and NECA bodies
- Standard working hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm, working hours may shift as needed
- High school diploma or further education
- Valid VA state journeyman or master's license
- Microsoft Office and Outlook proficient
- Teaching Experience (preferred)

The selection process will consist of an evaluation and interview conducted by the Richmond Electricians' JATC administration. The administration will primarily be evaluating the candidate's professional accomplishments, goals, leadership abilities and compatibility.
